The Impact of the Sustainable Entrepreneurship on Non-Financial Business Performance: A Study of Start-Up Business Owner's Perception in an Indonesian University

The purpose of this research was to examine the impact Sustainable Entrepreneurship on Non-Financial Business Performance for Start-up Owners in an Indonesian University. In study, three dimensions Entrepreneurship- including People, Profit, and Planet- were measured subjectively by applying eight-item dimensional scale from Soto Acosta. For Non-financial business performance, explored; Relationships with suppliers, Net fluctuation employees, Customer complaints a nineteen-item Škerlavaj. All constructs study modified adhere within five-point Likert type scale. used explanatory approach quantitative statistical techniques such as Mean, Standard Deviation, Multiple Regression analysis. total sample 105 owners incorporated into incubator Based calculation descriptive analysis, average each variable Planet show that most respondents tend agree about implementation sustainable practices their businesses.
